What’s NEW for August 2022
The year is gradually drawing to a close but that doesn’t stop the array of brand new fragrances we’ve seen show up in store. So far for the last half of 2022 we have seen some beautiful fresh scents as well as some stunning amber florals that will transition well into autumn. With the Christmas countdown on you may just end up adding some of these new releases to your ever-growing wishlist.
Ralph Lauren Ralph’s Club Parfum
Ralph’s Club is one of our personal favourites at Scentstore so when Ralph Lauren announced a parfum version we were thrilled. Whilst the original is somewhat of an aromatic and woody offering its parfum counterpart still keeps the woody element but adds some sensual spice. Opening this fragrance is Fresh Mandarin, Crisp Apple Accord and Spicy Cardamom whilst An aromatic blend of Lavandin, clary sage and geranium absolute take over the heart. Intense Vetiver, rich Patchouli and warming Cashmeran close the fragrance creating an overall alluring blend.

Mugler Alien Goddess Intense Eau de Parfum
Alien Goddess has been one of my favourite summer perfumes so I was excited when I found out there would be an intense version. Personally, I think both fragrances work well together in the sense that you could easily wear one for summer and one during the chillier months. At the top of this amber floral fragrance is a blend of Tangy Bergamot and a new Addictive note of Cream of Coconut. At the heart is a beautiful blend of Opulent Jasmine Grandiflorum & Captivating Jasmine Tea whilst following at the base is Sweet Madagascar Vanilla Infusion, Sensual Benzoin & Soft Cashmeran.

Issey Miyake L’eau d’Issey Eau & Magnolia Eau de Toilette Intense
Inspired by natural elements Issey Miyake released a new ladies’ and men’s fragrance. Eau & Cedre is what I would describe as a fresh and feminine floral that ladies of any age could enjoy. Sparkling Bergamot opens this fragrance creating a fresh burst perfect for day wear. At the heart Lush Magnolia & the Fresh Aquatic Notes Issey Miyake is famous for, bending with the base of Soft Sandalwood to create a delicate scent perfect for day wear.

Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Eau & Cedre Eau de Toilette Intense
L’eau d’Issey Pour Homme is one of our most requested gentlemens scents here at Scentstore and we’re sure L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Eau & Cedre is going to be a hit just like the original. Keeping the famous freshness of the Issey Miyake fragrances and adding a woody twist Eau & Cedre is clean yet masculine. The opening is a blast of Aromatic Cardamom whilst the heart of Woody Cedar compliments the heart. At the base, Clean Vetiver & Earthy Patchouli help to retain the freshness on the dry down.

Prada Paradoxe Eau de Parfum
New to Scentstore this week is a new release from Prada called Paradoxe. Inspired by a woman’s ability to explore her many identities, Paradoxe is a stunning amber floral fragrance. If you enjoyed Elie Saab Le Parfum in White then this is one I would urge you to try. Zesty Bergamot, Crisp Pear and Fresh Tangerine create a fresh opening to this fragrance whilst a floral bouquet of Delicate Neroli, Prominent Orange Blossom and Sensual Jasmine blend at the heart. Soft Musk, Warming Amber Accord and Comforting Bourbon Vanilla are at the base creating a seductive yet comforting dry down.
